RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will gladly accept return requests of unworn, undamaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery of merchandise. All Discounted/ Promotional items are Final Sale.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), applicable refund of credit- excluding shipping, handling and insurance cost- will be issued, if the items are in the original condition and packaging. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 7th day. Please note that credit card purchases are subject to a 3% restocking fee. In the event you decide to exchange the piece for another piece, there will be no restocking fees.
To return: please contact us at yuliyalondonjewelry@gmail.com to receive a return authorization number (RA#) and a relevant address will be provided for you to return your purchase to.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, handling and insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed. You must use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance because we are unable to guarantee the receipt of your returned item without proof of shipment with a tracking number.
